About Me

I used to jump from one shiny thing to the next, outwardly moving forward while inwardly shrinking. I know now that my actions, which might have looked good on paper, weren’t always aligned with who I am at my very core. When I applied my coaching methods to my own life, I was able to assess more effectively, identifying what motivates and energizes me. My plans became exactly right for me. In execution, every decision I made was aligned with what’s most important to my life—Honesty, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, Optimism, Community. I learned that Flexibility and working with people I trust is more important than the next rung on the ladder. Being outside, seeing new places and trying new things excites me.

With this knowledge, I moved forward with purpose, intention, and total accountability for the choices I made. I confidently advanced my career, raised great kids who are true to themselves, and challenged myself physically with half-marathons and dozens of triathlons including an Ironman! I’m currently section hiking the Appalachian Trail, something I’ve always wanted to do. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how my dreams and ‘oh wouldn’t that be cool’ thoughts are becoming the reality I live every day.
